Overview
At UKExpertMedical, we\\\’re a medico-legal agency with a panel of medical expert witnesses across all specialities to produce medico-legal reports. We instruct medical experts on behalf of solicitors nationwide, and all expert witness reports are independent. We prepare the medico-legal report in line with solicitors\\\’ instructions, and our in-house medical staff streamlines the process.
This role involves retrieving our clients\\\’ medical records for analysis by our nursing staff. All records you obtain will be for private clients making civil claims for Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease and Personal Injury. There will also be general administration support for the Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Department. This is an ideal position for school/college leavers looking to gain business administration and customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Opening New Client Files
- Liaising with General Practices & Hospitals
- Printing, Scanning & preparing bundles for Nurses & Medical Experts
- General administration for the Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Department
- Answering incoming phone calls to the business
- Speaking to Clients on the phone
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate to meet the apprenticeship standard
- All training will take place at the workplace via tutor led monthly sessions

Monday – Friday, Day shifts to be confirmed, likely 9.00am – 5.00pm
