As the Paid Media & Campaigns Executive at UKExpertDigital, you will be responsible for planning and delivering paid media campaigns that drive lead generation for our clients. Working closely with internal teams, you will support the development of high‑converting websites and create engaging organic content across social media channels. By combining creativity with data‑driven insights, you will play a key role in driving growth, increasing engagement, and enhancing brand visibility for all our internal brands.
About UKExpertDigital: You will be joining a skilled marketing team specialising in delivering lead generation and marketing strategies for its clients within the legal and medical industries supporting solicitors, charities and support groups – including Brain Injury Group and Veterans Welfare Group. Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Plan, manage, and execute paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive leads for clients, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and cost‑per‑offer metrics. Make recommendations to optimise budgets and communicate effectively with our internal operations teams to maximise campaign performance. Attend and contribute to internal and client meetings, interpret briefs, and deliver campaigns against agreed objectives. Establish clear timelines and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Identify, recommend, and implement new lead generation opportunities. Collaborate with the wider UKED team to improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across all brand websites.
- Content Creation: Support our brands with social media and email marketing activity, including planning engaging content series and generating enquiries. Plan, produce, and deliver content, including video, as part of campaign delivery, applying creativity and innovation throughout. Create and deliver video content for lead generation campaigns, as well as for organic social media activity where required.
- Reporting & Performance: Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations. Analyse campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to take advantage of lead generation opportunities sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing paid social media campaigns, including Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using Canva for content creation and design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Creative flair and experience in content creation and production.
- Excellent written English, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing your digital marketing specialisms.
Desirable but not Essential Skills:
- Experience with MailChimp or other similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with video production and editing.
