Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Event Promoter to join our team and help us promote and execute virtual events. As a Virtual Event Promoter, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing successful virtual events, including webinars, conferences, and other online events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for virtual events to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Coordinate with speakers and presenters to ensure they have all the necessary materials and equipment for their virtual presentations.
- Monitor and respond to event-related inquiries via email and social media.
- Utilize various online platforms to host virtual events, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine the success of each virtual event and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of virtual events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing virtual events.
- Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing techniques.
