Contract: Permanent – 1840 hours per week – 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available; choose 25 days per week. Shifts between 07:30 and 18:30.
Salary: £25,937.60 – £32,406.40 per annum (pro‑rata) (£12.47 – £15.58 per hour).
About the role
- We are looking for a dedicated and passionate early years professional who can:
- Hold a DfE‑approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
- Have strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person
- Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging learning experiences through play
- Observe, assess and record children’s development to support progress
- Be committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
- Enjoy working collaboratively with children, parents and colleagues, building positive and effective relationships
