Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, varied shifts between 07:00 β 18:30

About You
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Currently works in a senior role within an early years setting (e.g. Third-in-Charge, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager)
- Has a strong track record of leading by example, role-modelling best practice, and supporting colleagues to develop
- Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice
- Has experience mentoring and coaching teams to build confident, motivated, and high-performing practitioners
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, prioritising the wellbeing of children and colleagues at all times
- Works collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to review, evaluate, and continuously improve provision
- Is confident taking full responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence, maintaining quality and compliance
