Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, varied shifts between 07:30–18:30. Choose a 4 or 5 day working week

About You
You are a confident and experienced early years professional who:
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
- Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person
- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
- Observes, assesses, and records children's development to support progress
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
- Is a collaborative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential
