Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, varied shifts between 07:45–18:15. Choose a 4 or 5 day working week.
Salary: £34,736 – £35,422.40 per annum (pro‑rata) £16.70 – £17.03 per hour

About You:
- You are a confident and experienced early years professional who holds a DfE‑approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person.
- Plans and delivers high‑quality, nurturing learning experiences tailored to babies.
- Observes, assesses, and records children’s development to support progress and outcomes.
- Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, secure, and valued.
- Is a collaborative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential.
