You will play a vital role in supporting children aged from birth to five, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn through play.
Location: Edwinstowe Day Nursery, Cambridge, CB2 7EB
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Varied shifts, Monday to Friday between 07:45 - 18:15
Salary: £26,208 per annum (pro rata) | £12.60 per hour

About You
- Passionate about inspiring children: You have some experience caring for babies and young children aged five and under, ideally within an early years or childcare setting
- Committed to learning and development: With knowledge of child development and ideally the EYFS, you'll support planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality activities as a Key Person, observing, assessing and recording children's progress
- A safeguarding advocate: You'll help ensure every child feels safe, valued, happy and supported to thrive
- A team player: You enjoy working collaboratively and communicating effectively with children, parents and colleagues to build strong, positive relationships
