The predicted salary is between 28000 - 40000 £ per year.

Location: Field-based role with regular travel across an allocated cluster of nurseries, plus our Head Office and EduBase (Newport Pagnell).

Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (pro-rata)

About You

  • Holds a DfE‐approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Holds a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
  • Has proven experience supporting learners to successfully complete apprenticeship programmes
  • Uses observations of practice and e‐portfolio evidence to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and behaviours, providing targeted support to enable timely completion
  • Is confident delivering face‐to‐face group training, primarily from our Training Academy, and occasionally from nurseries or training venues (including Winchester)
  • Clearly communicates apprenticeship standards and how learners can meet them successfully
  • Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, prioritising the wellbeing of children, learners, and colleagues at all times
  • Enjoys collaborative working, contributing to standardisation meetings, course reviews, and quality improvement activity
  • Works effectively with Functional Skills Tutors and supports exam invigilation where required
