Job Overview:
- Manage and operate RED (Xiaohongshu) account.
- Increase the number of followers.
- Drive and direct traffic resources.
The key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the content planning and cover design for RED.
- Accountable for produced content, aiming to enhance the follower count and engagement.
- Meet monthly targets in terms of directing resources and growing the number of followers.
- Maintain a keen sensitivity to industry trends, especially in overseas studies consulting.
- Research RED platform rules, regularly conduct data analysis and monitor outputs, optimising operations promptly.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, possessing strong logical thinking and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the preferences of overseas students and high sensitivity to current events and news.
- Knowledge in SEO and familiarity with the promotional mechanics of RED backend.
- Active thinker, able to produce creative ideas that align with the account’s objectives.
- Prior experience in video production is an advantage.
- Experience with drone videography is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site at the Manchester office.
- The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
