Experienced Personal Assistants Needed – £12.71/hr – WV6

I am looking for experienced Personal Assistants to support a young adult with physical disabilities in the WV6 area. This role involves providing practical support with daily routines, mobility, personal care, and promoting independence. Experience is essential, as the role requires confidence, good awareness, and the ability to follow established routines safely.

Support includes personal care, assisting with transfers, helping with meals and drinks, and general day‑to‑day tasks. You must be a driver with access to a car, as the role requires reliable travel and the ability to attend at short notice when needed.

This role takes place within a family environment, so you must be comfortable working in a busy household and fitting into established routines.

You should be reliable, calm, and able to work as part of a small team of PAs who cover different shifts across the week. The ideal person will have previous experience in care or support work, be comfortable with physical support, and be able to follow guidance. A positive attitude and respect for the individual’s dignity and preferences are important.

Hours are part‑time and shared across more than one PA. Training needs to be minimal due to the level of care required and existing family caring responsibilities.
