Job Details
My health condition means that I have limited mobility and, although I manage at home, I use a mobility scooter to go out and drive an automatic car. I am a mother to 2 children, aged 5 and 8. The youngest has some minor developmental issues. My PA will mainly be providing domestic support and helping with my parental role to give my partner some respite. This will be on a flexible basis, with a regular 3 hours weekly but additional hours available when my main PA is unavailable (up to a total of 10 hrs weekly), and if she is away I may need some support with personal care.

Summary terms and conditions
The rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour. Hours of work: Initially 5hrs weekly on a flexible contract to be used ‘As and When’ to cover for existing employees' leave etc. Times can be flexible but will mainly be needed on Mon, Wed or Fri, happy to discuss at interview stage. 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays. Free training as appropriate for the role.
The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
