I,m looking for reliable, compassionate individual to support an adult male to meet mý daily care, support needs, and to live as independently as possible.
About the Role
You will be part of a small team working in pairs providing support in the my home and taking my wife and I out in the community.
Support will be person-centred and focused on maintaining dignity, choice, independence.
Duties may include
Personal care, Including washing, dressing, and toileting.
Assistance with mobility and transfers (training provided)
Support with hydration (possibly medication as required)
Domestic tasks to clean wet room, sleeping area, bed making, assist with laundry.
Support my wife and i in social activities,appointments, community access.
Providing companionship and promoting independence to me and my wife.
Hours and Pay
Permanent,/part-time self employed role .
Hours flexible depending on your availability to do some of the calls.
Morning 8.15-10.15am seven days a week .
Evening 21.30-22.15pm seven days a week (paid as full hour)
Excercise call 17.00-18.00 Mon-Fri
Additional social time may be available to meet employers activities.
Pay
Starting at £15.00 rising to £ 16.50 per hour after two months satisfactory probation period.
Casual dress, on site free parking
