UKCIL in Seahouses is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist a 19-year-old attending college. The role provides 1:1 support to access the community, develop social skills, and build independence, with 3 hours per week on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or at weekends.

A full UK driving licence and business insurance are required. You should have experience supporting individuals with Autism, be patient and able to build a positive relationship, and encourage independence with appropriate guidance.
