I am looking for one or two reliable, friendly and caring Personal Assistants (PAs) to join my small care team and support me with daily living tasks. I am a 52‑year‑old man who lives with my family. I enjoy shopping, watching sport on TV, have a passion for real ale, and support Bristol City Football Club. I’m looking for both support with personal care and companionship to access the community and enjoy social activities.
A person‑centred approach, good sense of humour, and passion for disability rights are essential.
Essential Criteria- Hold a full UK driving licence (you will be expected to drive my accessible vehicle; training provided, insurance covered)
- Be dependable, caring and respectful
- Be comfortable providing personal care
- Be a non‑smoker (no vaping)
- Be up to date with COVID‑19 vaccinations
- Be willing to obtain a DBS check
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
