I am looking for a friendly, reliable Personal Assistant to support a 17-year-old client with daily activities and accompany them on enjoyable outings — particularly to Bristol Airport, where they love watching planes take off and land. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys companionship, getting out and about, and providing social support. The client is independent with toileting and comfortable in noisy environments. They can be very friendly and sometimes may not recognise potential risks. They enjoy leading conversations, may occasionally talk over others, change topics to their interests, and are honest about their challenges — like maths, which is their nemesis!
Main Duties
- Providing companionship and conversation.
- Accompanying the client on trips, particularly to Bristol Airport.
- Supporting with community access and transport.
About You
- Friendly, patient, and supportive.
- Flexible and able to adapt to the client’s needs.
- Knowledge of ADHD, Attachment and learning differences.
- A driver is preferred.
- Nonsmoker, vaping is fine.
Hours - flexible: 4 hours at the weekend tailored to suit both the client and the PA, plus an additional 4hrs Mon‑Fri at £12.21 during college holidays. You must be legally able to work in the UK and undertake a DBS check. The position is paid through the PAYE scheme. This is not a cash position.
