We are looking for a reliable, personable Personal Assistant (PA) to support an adult man with a learning difficulty to live independently and enjoy an active life in his community. The role is currently 10 hours per week, with a strong potential to increase to 14 hours per week. The current PA is hoping to retire and is happy to support a gradual handover, including training and transition support, as they know the client very well.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (mileage may be reimbursed)
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Reliable, patient, and supportive nature
- Comfortable working in a smoking household
- Previous experience as a PA or in support work is helpful but not essential – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
