Hours per week: 6 hours per week, Monday - Friday (times to be arranged between us)

Location: Leeds LS15 (Cross Gates area)
Duties:
- To chat and socialise with the patient
- To take him outside the house, once in a while, for a coffee or whatever
- To make his life a bit better
Requirements:
- The ideal applicant would need to be friendly, tolerant, reliable and firm.
- The applicant should also have a sense of humour and be able to laugh at some awful jokes.
- Should have a full, clean driving licence and a car.
- Should have the ability to manoeuvre the patient in and out of a car. The patient has difficulty walking – even with a frame.
- If the relationship works well, it could be that the applicant takes over some or all of the patient’s carer’s duties. The patient has four visits a day from his carers.
