Social care work opportunity for a Personal Assistant. I am a young man looking to build a small team of Personal Assistants to support me in living independently in my bungalow. I seek more than one PA to cover four visits per day, seven days a week. Your support will help me maintain my independence and enable me to make full use of services and facilities in the local community, including attending the gym and using public transport.

Personal Specification
Essential:
- Someone reliable, trustworthy, and practical.
- A person who enjoys hands‑on, varied tasks and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- A PA with energy, fresh ideas, and the ability to take initiative.
- A full clean driving licence and willingness to drive my car.
Desirable:
- Experience in personal care, although this is not essential if you bring skills in other areas.
Summary Terms and Conditions
The rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour. Hours will be negotiated, but I require four visits per day between 7:30am and 9:30pm. These can be split between multiple PAs. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. Access to free Care Skills training for employed workers. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
