He enjoys trips to the cinema and drawing in cafes. His communication involves Makaton signs, visual resources, and speech. The role involves supporting his activities both at home and outside. Main Duties: Support his communication and activities Accompany him to local and favorite places Engage with him through play and drawing to ensure he is happy and comfortable Essentials: Calm and confident demeanor Resilience to manage anxiety and challenging behaviors Willingness to receive training (Makaton, Down Syndrome, Autism) Initiative and flexibility Sensitivity to his needs and feelings Good communication with family and feedback to parents Punctuality and consistency Confidentiality Experience or interest in working with children with additional needs Use of own car is favorable Skills: Ability to work independently Good communication and listening skills Initiative Ability to foster self-esteem and create a warm environment Interest in art and craft Motivation: Enjoy working with young people.
