Job Purpose: Mother to three children looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support me with household tasks. Due to my health condition and depression, I need support with managing my home and keeping it to a good standard. You would help me with motivation to complete tasks and support with tasks I cannot easily complete myself.

Location: Norwich, NR1

Details: Help with maintaining a habitable environment and keeping up with cleaning the house. Someone who would motivate me to complete tasks.

Person Specification – Essential: I am looking for someone who understands people with neurodivergence. You need to be compassionate and able to support someone with anxiety.

Summary terms and conditions:

  • The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour.
  • Hours and times of work: 4 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for one hour from 11:00.
  • The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
  • This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, COSHH, Anxiety and Manual Handling of Objects.
  • Post is subject to the following: A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer; satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer; completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
