I am a 4-year-old little boy and I live at home with my family in Stocksfield. I am looking for somebody to come and spend some time with me, take me out and help me to do fun things away from home.

I would like to:

  • Go somewhere I can listen to music and make music. I love dancing too.
  • Go to places where I can meet other children and learn to play with them.
  • Have somebody to help me do fun activities that keep me safe.

I don't like going anywhere that is too busy or loud. I do need help with eating, drinking and toileting. I do get out of breath quickly and need somebody who can help me understand why I cannot be as busy as I want to be. I need some help to play with other people and make new friends as I am still learning how to do this.

The best person to help me would be:

  • Kind and caring
  • Affectionate
  • Smiley and happy
  • Know how to help me to do fun things and keep me safe
  • Be able to drive and have their own car to take me out and about
  • Be able to learn how to look after me from my family

Hours: 5 hours per week on a weekend, hopefully a Saturday; 10 hours per week during school holidays (flexible on days).

You will need to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate to support children. You must have business use insurance to take me out in your car. If you have any questions or need any training, my family or my direct payment advisor will be happy to help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care
  • Social + Leisure activities
  • Support to remain independent
  • Training Essential PA Guide
  • Safeguarding Adults/Children
  • Moving
