Details: I am an active man who enjoys a variety of activities including Bowls, Tenpin Bowling, Mini-golf, and Swimming, but I have a sight impairment and some mobility difficulty. I need someone who shares my interests to accompany me and provide some support, and respite for my wife. My P.A. will also accompany me to medical appointments to assist with finding sites and coming in with me to take notes if needed. Once we have established a trusting relationship, they will also support me to engage in fun activities with my two children, both of whom have some learning issues. I can use public transport and have a free carers bus pass, but my P.A. will need to have a car as some places I like to visit are difficult by public transport.

Summary terms and conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour, increasing to £12.89 in April
- Hours and times of work: 20 hours weekly, mainly Monday and Wednesday mornings and Tuesday evenings (Bowling Club); other hours fully flexible to be determined by what we decide to do and your availability.
- 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
