Social care work opportunity for a Personal Assistant. The role involves maintaining a home environment for an individual with physical health conditions that affect mobility and cause pain and fatigue.
Duties include:
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Parenting tasks that require stairs usage
- Ensuring a safe and manageable home for the individual and their daughters
- Carrying laundry and bed linen up and down stairs
- Bringing food shopping into the home due to front steps
- Changing bed linen on three beds
The assistant may be required to motivate the employee, break tasks into manageable steps, and support neurodiversity understanding due to both children having autism and ADHD.
A full clean driving licence is essential if occasional driving of the employee’s car is required.
