Personal Assistants (Complex Care) - Morning Support
£14.67 per hour | Paid Holiday | DBS Provided
We are looking for two caring and reliable Personal Assistants to support a lady with complex physical needs in her family home. This is a rewarding role supporting someone to start their day safely, comfortably and with dignity. We are looking for people who are compassionate, patient and confident providing personal care, who can help create a calm and positive morning routine.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting with washing, dressing and personal care
- Assisting with safe transfers from bed to wheelchair
- Helping with morning routines and daily preparation
- Working alongside another PA when required
- Promoting comfort, dignity and independence
About You
- Kind, respectful and dependable
- Calm and professional in your approach
- Experienced in personal care and manual handling
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support
- Able to work well as part of a small team
Hours Available
- 30-minute morning calls at 9:00am, five days per week
- 45-minute morning calls at 9:00am, two days per week (working alongside a second PA)
- Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and sickness
Pay & Benefits
- £14.67 per hour
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata)

This role would suit an experienced Personal Assistant, Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for regular morning hours and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to somebody's daily life.
