The position is for a female personal assistant for a lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times. The position is for a part time female personal care assistant, to cover annual leave. You need to be flexible; shifts are 8am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm, with some weekend shifts to cover annual leave or sickness. You will be working on a one to one basis; there are two ladies who live in the house, therefore two members of staff on at all times. A driver is a requirement as a car is available for use. Personal care is required and an enhanced DBS; this position is for a female Personal Assistant. There are already eight staff working at the house on a rota basis.
