We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and practical Personal Care and Support Assistant to provide day‑to‑day assistance with personal care, household tasks, and general support. The role involves helping with daily living activities, transportation, and companionship to ensure comfort, independence, and well‑being. This role is part‑time with a minimum of 6 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
