We are looking for a Personal Support Assistant to work with us 2 days a week, Monday and Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm. The role involves supporting a male client with cerebral palsy, providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation, social and leisure activities, and helping maintain independence. The assistant will work one‑to‑one with the client in a family home equipped with an overhead hoist.

The position includes driving a wheelchair‑accessible manual vehicle, requiring a full clean UK driving licence and several years of driving experience. Enhanced DBS, references and right to work in the UK are required. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tonbridge and be comfortable working in a non‑smoking environment.
