Job Purpose
Helping a young male to live independently within my family home. I will need assistance in personal care, eating and drinking, along with accessing his local community. I enjoy getting out to different places and I have a keen interest in photography. I would like to find someone who works well with me but that has the initiative to ensure everything is sorted. I would like us to be open and mutually trusting.
Location: PE32, Kings Lynn
Details: I am looking for a Personal Assistant who is non-judgmental, and who has experience of personal care.
Job Duties to Include
- Assisting with medication
- Assisting with showering
- Assisting to put clothes on
- Supporting with toileting needs and using a commode
- Assisting with preparation of meals and helping to cut items such as meat
- Doing hoovering, changing beds and laundry
- Ensuring equipment is working safely
- Assistance with supporting him to access his local community and hobbies
These duties may vary from day to day.
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Summary Terms and Conditions
The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour daytimePlus flat rate sleep-in nights £49.96 per night
- Hours and Days of Work: 35 hours per week daytime, plus 3 sleep in nights. I wish to share this job between 2 PA’s to cover illness and holidays for each other. Days and times to be discussed at interview stage.
The annual holiday entitlement for this position, will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.Position is subject to an enhanced DBS check which will be completed prior to commencement. I cannot guarantee how long a DBS check will take.
