Job Purpose: I am a mother of three children and am looking for someone to provide some parenting support as well as practical help around the home. I experience chronic fatigue and have mobility issues so daily tasks can be very challenging to complete.

Location: Caister-On-Sea, NR30

Details: You would assist with preparing the children for school and ensuring timely attendance. I may also need you to support me when children are coming back from school. Support me with batch cooking and meal planning. Help with light household tasks such as laundry and tidying and maintaining a safe and hygienic home environment. I would also like you to support me with completing medical paperwork, accessing therapy and help me with managing my health.

Summary terms and conditions:

The rate of pay for this position is £14 per hour for employed and £16.89 for self-employed PA. Hours and times of work: 8 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 08:15-09:15 to assist with getting ready for school and school drop-off. And 15:15-16:15 to support with children returning from school and for domestic tasks and correspondence. We will discuss daily plans further at the interview. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH and Manual Handling of Objects.

Post is subject to the following:

  • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
