Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: washing hair, helping with shoes/socks, assisting with bathroom needs (bedroom commode); cannot access downstairs toilet
- Transport at home: helping transferring in and out of wheelchair, using bedroom lifts and stair lift in home
- Domestic duties: laundry, cleaning, cooking meals, preparing medication, shopping and errands
- Physical assistance at home: helping with mobility (using walking aids), leg stretching exercises, wearing foot splint and back brace
