For a 32 year old man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in LS8. £14.32 Clinical rate. MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENCE.
Shifts available:
- 11 hour waking night shift Saturday 12 Midnight to 11am Saturday morning.
- 11 hour day shift Sunday 1pm to 12 Midnight.
- 11 hour waking night shift Wednesday 12 Midnight to 11am Wednesday morning.
- 11 hour day shift Thursday 1pm to 12 Midnight.
The candidate will provide 24hr support including personal care, hoisting from wheelchair and bed, ventilator assistance, and PEG feeding. Training will be provided.
