Support Worker Wanted – Skilled, Kind, Reliable. Boston Spa £15.69/hour (day) | £12.21/hour (sleep‑in).

We’re looking for kind, skilled and reliable support workers to join a small, friendly team supporting Francesca, a sociable young woman in her early 20s who loves going to her groups, taking part in activities, and enjoying relaxed time at home. This is a meaningful role where the right person can make a real difference in her everyday life.

Available Roles:

  • 1:1 Core Support Worker (Main Carer Role)

Regular weekly shifts

  • One full day + a sleep‑in each week
  • Option to add a shorter second day (around 10 hours)

You’ll be Francesca’s main support for the day — providing personal care, medical support and taking her to activities. Must be a confident driver of a manual car. Ideal for someone looking for steady, regular hours and a key role in her team.
