Personal Assistant to support with the tasks below:
- Meal preparation/batch cooking (e.g., preparing meals such as lasagne) and "resetting the kitchen".
- Household tasks the individual finds difficult due to fluctuating energy, including laundry, tidying, and basic cleaning.
This person highlighted the importance of a PA who understands fluctuating energy levels, can work independently, and does not rely on the individual to talk a lot (as the individual cannot always manage conversation).
Hours per week
9 hours - preferably split 3 hours 3 times per week.
