Female Personal Assistant (PA) required to support young woman aged 36 to undertake various activities and trips. Required for 60 hours per month / 15 hours per week, be as flexible as possible but must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday twice a month. Times and days to be discussed between us. This young lady has 7 days’ respite care available which would require the PA to stay away for up to 7 days once a year (optional). Address – Morley, Leeds 27. The young lady has autism, dyspraxia and other learning difficulties which affect her in a number of ways. She is generally self-sufficient and mobile but is a vulnerable adult and needs support and care within the community. She is a bright and generally cheerful person who is 33 years of age. She is extremely sociable and enjoys the company of other people. We are looking for an adult to act as a personal assistant to support her undertake social activities and trips away from the family home. This will involve the use of public transport. The use of a car would be beneficial but not essential. Mileage would be paid at the appropriate rate.
£12.60 p/hour (gross) during the week. £15.69 p/hour weekend rate.
