Location: Guiseley LS20
Purpose of Role: To assist a 44-year-old male with neurological conditions, physical and pain conditions, with personal care, shopping, outings, exercise, and medical support.
Schedule: Monday 10am-4pm (flexible), Tuesday or Thursday 10am-2pm (flexible); additional hours may be available.
Requirements:
- Own car (drivable or WAV in future)
- Valid UK driving license
- Enhanced DBS check
- Confidentiality and respect for independence
Mileage reimbursement available with log.
Services Provided: Meal preparation, personal care, domestic care, social and leisure activities, support for independence.
Transportation: Own car; able to drive a motability-equipped vehicle.
Medical: Safe medication administration.
Additional Information: Immediate start preferred. Full induction and training provided.
