We are looking for a friendly, encouraging, and reliable carer to support a gentleman living with dementia. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience, and positive energy to help him engage comfortably in his daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Empathetic and confident, able to gently redirect and reassure the client when needed.
- Responsible and capable of using their initiative, making thoughtful, independent decisions in day‑to‑day care.
- Motivating and upbeat, encouraging participation in routines, activities, and light exercises.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and sensitive, with a caring and respectful approach at all times.
- Able to suggest stimulating activities such as simple physical exercises (e.g., ball games to promote movement) and short walks, depending on ability.
Qualifications
Knowledge or previous experience supporting individuals with dementia or Parkinson’s is helpful but not essential—a compassionate nature and willingness to engage meaningfully are what matter most.

Monday to Friday 10:00am – 11:00am
Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 4:00pm
