**Support Worker required to support a gentleman in the Washington area.**He is blind, severely deaf with hearing aids, and has autism and anxiety. He communicates effectively using email and technology and is confident expressing his needs and preferences.**Hours / Wage**5 hours per week @ £13.50 per hourThe hours can be flexible over the week.**Duties**Supporting with accessing the community including cafés, restaurants, shopping, leisure activities, and occasional medical appointments.
