I am looking for a reliable, understanding, and proactive Personal Assistant to support me in managing daily life, household organisation, and occasional accompaniment to appointments and exercise sessions. Key Responsibilities
- Household Organisation: Support with light household tasks to help keep the home running smoothly (e.g., tidying, laundry management, organising spaces). Assist in managing household schedules, reminders, and to-do lists.
- Appointments & Administration: Support in planning, scheduling, and attending medical, therapy, or school-related appointments. Help with keeping track of paperwork, forms, and important dates.
- Shopping & Errands: Assist with grocery shopping, either accompanying me or completing the shop independently. Help with collecting prescriptions or other local errands.
- Practical Support for Wellbeing: Accompany and encourage me to attend exercise sessions, walking, or other activities to support physical and mental health. Provide a calm and supportive presence during more challenging or high-stress days.
