My health condition means that I have limited mobility and although I manage at home I use a mobility scooter to go out and drive an automatic car. I am a mother to 2 children, aged 5 and 8. The youngest has some minor developmental issues. My PA will mainly be providing domestic support and helping with my parental role to give my partner some respite. This will be on a flexible basis, with a regular 3 hours weekly but additional hours available when my main PA is unavailable (up to a total of 10 hrs weekly), and if she is away I may need some support with personal care.
