We’re looking for a Support Worker/Enabler to assist an 18-year-old with a neuro-muscular condition, offering care at home and helping with accessing community activities.
Hours:
- Mon-Fri: 7:00-8:30am, 7:00-8:30pm
- Sat-Sun: 9:00-10:30am, 7:00-8:00pm
Evenings can be flexible, with extra flexibility during holiday periods.
Role: You’ll assist with personal care (showering, dressing, toileting) using mobility aids and hoists, and support with fun activities like going to the movies, shopping, and meeting friends. No experience with hoisting necessary – training will be provided.
Public transport is easy, and a driving license is helpful but not required.
