I am a young lady that enjoys socialising with my friends and accessing the community. I have a mild learning disability and Autism which affects my understanding. I live a very independent life in an adapted part of the family home. I have Prader Willi Syndrome and I need supervision around meal portions.
I currently have one PA that supports me daily but I am looking to employ a PA to:
- Collect me from my daily activity and return me to my home.
- Support me to transport to my evening activity, which could be a local fitness class or a monthly local nightclub.
- Provide support for personal care (prompt only) upon return to my home.
The post is for 5 hours a week. Supervision will be given as well as training to suit my needs. There is the possibility to cover annual leave for other PAs.
