PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED £13 PER HOUR – NORWICH – NR3
A Personal Assistant is required to support a 32-year-old artist with his artwork, emails, and appointments. He has severe ADHD, severe dyslexia, and dyscalculia, and requires assistance with organization and day-to-day tasks related to his art practice.
Responsibilities include:
• Using an Apple computer to manage and update calendars, read, and reply to emails.
• Keeping up-to-date records of artwork.
• Help in purchasing art materials and maintaining accurate receipts.
• Help with assisting with the preparation of art pieces for postage and displays.
• Liaising with galleries and exhibitors.
• Helping to arrange and support art displays, Instagram updates, and exhibitions.
• Help conduct research and writing up of information about individual art pieces.
• Help with providing organizational support, including scheduling dates and times.
Requirements:
• A genuine interest in artwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Driving license advantageous.
Computer skills in both Apple and Microsoft
This role is for 3 hours per week with flexibility. Hours may fluctuate depending on exhibitions and other events.
