We are seeking a Personal Assistant for an adult female service user. The role involves flexible hours during the week and requires the following responsibilities:
- Driving and Mobility Assistance: Ability to drive, lift a wheelchair in and out of a car, and support with transfers in and out of vehicles.
- Companionship and Support: Accompanying to hospital, doctor, dentist appointments, shopping, and assisting with errands or shopping alone if necessary. Also includes supporting with collecting the daughter from school.
- Household Tasks: Washing, cooking, cleaning, changing beds, and supporting with household chores.
- Admin and Medication Support: Assisting with admin tasks such as ordering and collecting medications, and supporting with other administrative tasks inside or outside the home.
- Support During School Holidays: Providing assistance at home during school holidays.
- Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, washing, hair and nail cutting on days when required. Lifting support may also be necessary.
Note: The candidate must be female.
