We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our daughter in her daily activities both at home and in the community, fostering her independence.

- Rate of pay: Β£12.40/hr (aligned with Direct Payments)
- Location: East Ardsley (WF3), Wakefield
- Hours: Term time only
- Monday β Thursday: 4pm β 6pm
- Friday: 3:30pm β 6pm
About Lizzie
Lizzie is a bright and bubbly 15-year-old who loves music and dancing. She uses a power wheelchair and is working towards greater independence. Lizzie has well-controlled epilepsy and is a good communicator, using a communication aid when needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care
- Assisting with homework
- Supporting independence tasks such as dressing
- Preparing meals and supporting self-feeding
- Engaging in leisure activities like after-school clubs, shopping, cinema, and bowling
