Service User Profile

The service user is an 11-year-old boy who likes to go swimming or trampolining. He enjoys sensory play and watching TV shows like Peppa Pig and Ben. When presenting challenging behaviour, allow him some space if safe to do so in the setting you are in. This usually allows the service user to calm down and regulate his emotions. It is useful to ask what he wants, and the service user will respond/show you.
