Hello, I am a young man with special educational needs and type 1 diabetes who requires an enabler to support me to get out and about in the community for 2 hours per week. This will be on a day/time suitable for you and my family. I live with my family in Blyth. If you would like to work in a rewarding role, in a friendly and family-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.
I would enjoy going out for walks, to a cafe, and seeing what I would like to do on the day. I enjoy spending time with people, so you should be a people person and like to chat.
Training: If you have caring and compassionate qualities, then you donβt need any previous care experience as you will learn all your new skills in your new role. Full training will be provided until you feel competent to work by yourself. Hours can be flexible and donβt have to be fixed days each week.
Main duties: To keep me safe and treat my Type 1 Diabetes as needed. (Full training will be given).
My Hobbies and Interests: I love playing on my Xbox, coloring in.
