Seasonal Catering Team Member

Can you join our catering team for the 2027 season? You'll work in our Cegin outlet, serving pizzas, gourmet burgers and breakfasts, and in our remote prep kitchen, helping us deliver great food and excellent service to our campsite guests and visitors. This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in what they do and is happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing. Training will be provided, and other team duties may sometimes be required.

We are looking for Seasonal Catering Team Members to join our catering team for the 2027 season. You'll work in our Cegin outlet on Llyn Gwynant Campsite, which serves pizzas, gourmet burgers and breakfasts, and in our remote preparation kitchen, helping us deliver great food and excellent service to our campsite guests and visitors.

1. What you'll be doing

• Preparing food and ingredients for service
• Preparing and serving pizzas, gourmet burgers, breakfasts and other menu items
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service
• Operating tills and handling payments
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
• Following our allergen procedures carefully
• Keeping kitchen and service areas clean, organised and well stocked
• Helping with deliveries, stock rotation and general kitchen duties
• Minimising waste by following company food labelling guidelines
• Completing paperwork and checklists as required
• Working across different locations and adapting to the needs of the business

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food preparation or customer service would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
• We're particularly interested in people who have a genuine interest in food and hospitality and who want to spend the season working in an amazing outdoor environment.

3. Working hours

This is a seasonal role and working hours will be based on business levels. On average, our team works around 41 hours per week across the season. You will need to be available to work weekends and bank holidays, with shifts varying depending on the needs of our food outlet and prep kitchen. On occasion, split shifts may also be required. Flexibility is important, particularly during our busiest periods.

5. Additional duties

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You may be asked to carry out other tasks as your role and our business needs change. This may include working in other departments, such as housekeeping and reception, during quieter periods or to cover staff sickness and other operational requirements.
