JOB DESCRIPTION:
We currently have a vacancy for a WEEKEND WARDEN couple at our lovely Park in Chipping Norton. We are set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, with historic cities and towns such as Oxford & Stratford upon Avon just a short drive away.
Duties will include welcoming and checking in customers at reception. Dealing with enquiries and with online bookings/e-mail enquiries (basic computer skills are required), cleaning of shower block etc. You must also be comfortable moving caravans as we have a caravan storage facility on site (training can and will be given for this – we have an on site utility vehicle used for moving caravans).
The successful couple must be active, friendly, honest, reliable and outgoing. Have excellent customer service skills. Previous caravan park experience preferred but not essential. Must be flexible and have the ability to work as part of a small family run team. A sense of humour is a must to be part of our friendly outgoing team 🙂
In return we would be offering an attractive financial package including large private Wardens pitch with free electricity and WiFi, free laundry service and free gas. Applicants would supply their own caravan/motorhome and would work SATURDAY`S and SUNDAY`S from November to February and FRIDAY`S, SATURDAY`S AND SUNDAY`S from February to November, including bank holidays, also dealing with late arrivals and customer call outs.
