We\’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and easy-going couple to join our team at Low Briery Holiday Park, located on the outskirts of Keswick in the stunning Lake District National Park.

Low Briery is the perfect base for outdoor adventures, offering a range of luxury accommodation — from glamping pods to lodges and holiday houses — for guests seeking their ideal Lake District getaway.

This is a live-in position, with accommodation provided in a modern two-bedroom apartment and one parking space included.

Role 1 – Maintenance – Live in Warden

We\’re looking for someone with experience in the building trade and a strong hands-on approach. You should be confident and competent in:

• Joinery, decorating, and general maintenance
• Carrying out repairs, improvements, and small projects around the park
• External cleaning, hot-tub maintenance and some grounds maintenance and general property upkeep

A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards across the park are essential.

Role 2 – Housekeeping

You\’ll take an active role in keeping our accommodation to the highest standard, including:

• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team
• Health and safety checks
• Carrying out cleaning duties as required
• Stock management and ordering
• Assisting with reception duties and other housekeeping tasks

Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and good customer service skills are key to success in this role.

General Responsibilities

Our warden couple will also be available for emergency out-of-hours duties, four days a week, including weekends.

We\’re seeking a committed, flexible, and customer-focused couple who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Package

• 12 month contract
• Starting from £12.50 per hour per person – Salary negotiable depending on applicants skill set
• 40 hours per week
• 28 days paid holiday
• Live-in position
• Start date: End of November 2025

Live In Single applicants would also be considered for Role 1 only, but this would be dependent on the applicants skill set and experience.
